Booking your luxury transportation with eVIP is simple and straightforward:
Reservations: We recommend making reservations at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
Changes to Bookings: Any changes to your booking must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
For urgent bookings or last-minute changes, please contact us directly.
Liability: eVIP is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Damage Policy: Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or their party will incur additional charges.
Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client displaying inappropriate behavior or under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol.
Child Safety: Child seats are available upon request. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure that children are secured safely.
